Conclusion of the contract
The present general conditions govern the buying and selling of the marketable goods by Albacete Industrial (now known as, https://orbans.es) through the website https://orbans.es ; together with the success and execution of the order by the client, the terms consist of the contract of buying and selling, excluding any and all terms or conditions, except the technical specifications or the relative commercial terms, among which are all transport, minimum purchases or shipping and/or packing charges said terms and specifications remain incorporated in the present Conditions. https://orbans.es reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior warning, being able to change, eliminate or add content and services that are provided in the same manner that they are presented or located, without the modifications affecting any agreements or purchases realized previously. The user with be advised of the changes whenever there is a substantial modification and therefore any purchases made through the website https://orbans.es (now known as the Web Site) will be considered accepted.
The language in which the RELACION CONTRACTUAL will be carried out is Spanish, without the risk that the present General Conditions might be translated into different languages in order to provide accessibility to international clients. https://orbans.es will file all related documents and save all written evidence of said agreement. If any condition in the present contract becomes null and void in whole or in part, it will be omitted without affecting the validity of the rest of the document. All the relative Communications of the Contract, will be given in writing and sent by whatever means that records the date, content and reception by the addressee.

Completion of the purchase and availability
The registered users will be able to carry out and negotiate the purchase of products from the online store https://orbans.es . Only those users who have satisfactorily completed the registration process on the Web Site will be able to carry out a purchase . Once the products are selected in the desired quantity they will be added to the “See cart” and in “My purchases” (under the section “My Account”). The period of reimbursement to the user´s bank account for the amount spent will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each major bank.
Once the purchase has been processed by the user, the payment that the user has chosen will automatically be charged. Credit Card: The bank information taken from the payment method is coded and transmitted safely to the bank servers. https://orbans.fr/ does not have access nor does it deal with the bank information of the user, since the payment is realized through the payment method that is 100% secure, Servired. Our method of payment accepts credit cards, Visa debit cards, Visa Electron and Mastercard. https://orbans.es reserves the right to take legal action with respect to any payment fraud or the use of credit card information without having the authorization of the card holder.
Bank Transfer Payment: Order can be completed through a money transfer to the bank account of Albacete Industrial, S.A. that is indicated during the payment process. It is important that the number of purchases is indicated in the subject line as well as the first and last name. The transfer must be completed within 3 days of the purchase in order for it to be valid. If desired, one can send us a justification through fax.
https://orbans.es delivers their products to everyone. The products come with a 100% transport insurance in order to cover any damage or occasional losses during transport. The price of the insurance is included in the delivery fees. The order will be delivered to the address that the buyer has indicated.

In the case that one does not receive the order in said period, the client is able to notify https://orbans.es by emailing contactorbrans@gmail.com , specifying the name of the user and the order confirmation code.

The indicated prices regarding the delivery fees do not include the possible additional fees for duties or special taxes, that in any case will be paid by the buyer.
Duties and Taxes
Taxes: All the prices of products sold through the Web Site with destination to UE, include the corresponding added value tax. If the Client is a business with a tax identification number, the are able to indicate it in order to arrange an invoice of the order without the added value tax. Duties: In those deliveries outside of the UE that entail the payment of a duties tax, the buyer will take care of the payment of said tax and all that might correspond. Order Delivery
The client must indicated an address to which the order will be delivered and the address can be established to appear by defect in the user’s account and note in the “Comments” field an hour at which such delivery should be made that corresponds to the timetable of the delivery company.
In the case that the Client decides to pick up the order at the store, https://orbans.es, will send the user an email confirming the address in which the order will be available, the timetable of the pickup, the date after which the user will be able to retrieve the order, personally or through means of an authorized person, whose first name, last name, and identification number must be noted during the ordering process, and who must identify themselves upon retrieving the order with an identification card or equivalent document. https://orbans.es is not responsible for any errors in the delivery for this reason, in the case that the user decides to pick up the order through an authorized representative.

However, we inform the user that these periods are estimated and can vary for logistic reasons or unforeseen events. In the case of a possible delay in delivery, https://orbans.es/, will inform the clients as soon as they are informed of such delays.
Customized Products or Products Ordered in Advance: Delivery periods of advance orders or customized orders will increase since that order must be manufactured before hand and it is not found in stock. The period for the manufacturing of advance orders is from 30 days. The period of delivery in these cases will begin once the manufacturing period has been completed.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will an order be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Order Cancelations
The user will be able to review, modify or cancel their orders as long as they have not been sent to https://orbans.es on the invoice. The completed order made through and paid to https://orbans.es can be cancelled by the Web Site in any of the following situations: various failed delivery attempts, indications of payment with a fraudulent card.
The requested and paid order can be cancelled by the user through email at contactorbans@gmail.com; however, https://orbans.es cannot guarantee that the delivery will not arrive at its destination once it is in course. In such case, we ask that the Client proceed following what is specified in the five sections outlined in the General Conditions of the Purchase. In case of the cancellation of an order the user will be refunded the payment of the purchase, not included the shipping and handling costs.
Guarantees
The availability of products is only guaranteed on the Web Site with the words “In Stock”. https://orbans.es cannot guarantee that a product that is sold at a certain price on the Web Site is sold at the same price at other Sendra stores.
https://orbans.es reserves the ability to modify prices of the products, however, the the orders correctly made will be charged according to the published prices and taxes that are in effect at the time of purchase, except in the case of a misprint.
Requirements for the Acceptance of Orders.

Responsibility and Solution to Disputes
https://orbans.es will not be responsible in any case for the unavailability of a product, not even in error or the impossibility of delivery for unforeseen events or due to an error in the information supplied by the user. However, in such cases, whenever it is possible https://orbans.es/ will contact the Client immediately in order to find the best solution.
In the case of controversies about the fulfillment of the present contract, the Client will be directed first to https://orbans.es in order to find a friendly solution.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The buying and selling of products will be conducted according to the present agreement. That which is not present in this current agreement will be governed by legislation currently enforced by Spanish law. All controversy derived by the buying and selling, delivery, returns or cancellation of orders that are not resolved in a friendly manner will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Court of Valencia (Spain), or the corresponding legislation.
